When a group of employees attended our Emergency First Aid at Work course, M P All Safety expected to strengthen their basic life‑saving skills. What we didn’t expect was how quickly that training would be put into action.
During the session, it became clear that several trainees were unaware of the locations of nearby defibrillators (AEDs) – a critical factor in responding effectively to cardiac emergencies. We highlighted the importance of knowing where AEDs are placed both in the workplace and in public areas and introduced them to a simple mobile app that pinpoints local defibrillator locations instantly.
A few weeks later, one of the trainees contacted us with powerful feedback. A colleague had suddenly become unconscious, and thanks to the training, he felt confident, calm, and prepared. He knew exactly what steps to take and where to find the nearest AED. His quick response made a real difference in those crucial early moments.
The impact didn’t stop there. Other trainees, recognising the value of the course, went on to recommend our training to colleagues, resulting in new enquiries and further sessions being booked.
